Just wear something comfortable and unrestrictive. You can bring a yoga mat, or just work on the carpet, which is clean and has a good grip.

Yes, All my classes are mixed ability and everyone works to their own comfortable pace.

Are you qualified?
Yes. I qualified in 2006 with the British Wheel of Yoga, the most widely recognised international school of yoga. I have also studied at various retreats and Ashrams in the UK, France and India and I am a member of the Independent Yoga Network.
